Pineapple Salsa

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 500g fresh pineapple, coarsely chopped

  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 long fresh red chilli, seeded, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Method

  1. Combine all salsa ingredients into a bowl, stir and serve!

Note: salsa can be served with any grilled meat or white fish dish
