Pineapple Salsa
Serves: 6
Ingredients
500g fresh pineapple, coarsely chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 long fresh red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Method
Combine all salsa ingredients into a bowl, stir and serve!
Note: salsa can be served with any grilled meat or white fish dish
