- 500g fresh pineapple, coarsely chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 long fresh red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Combine all salsa ingredients into a bowl, stir and serve!
Note: salsa can be served with any grilled meat or white fish dish
